At Tonique MedSpa, we take product integrity and client safety seriously. To ensure every skincare item arrives fresh, authentic, and properly stored, all sales are handled with the highest standards of care.
Please review our return guidelines below.
Skincare Product Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been opened, used, or unsealed. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for: store credit or a refund to the original payment method (minus applicable processing fees). All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will promptly replace the product or issue a refund after verification. Please include:

Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue
Allergies or Reactions
If you experience a reaction to a product, stop use immediately. We’re happy to help troubleshoot your routine and recommend alternatives. Refunds for reactions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require photos or an in-person assessment.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This may include:
Clearance items
Promotional bundles
Seasonal/limited-edition offerings
In-Store Pickup Orders
Orders not picked up within the 10-day pickup window will be restocked, and a refund or store credit will be issued based on product condition and our standard return criteria.
